Happy 21st to ME =D

29032009- on my birthday eve...

if you wanna be bored by details of my 21st.. read on... this will be a loooooooong one... =)
joni actually had a surprise planned for me one day before my birthday... but then... i think i almost ruined the surprise when i said that i wanted to head home and be with my family for the weekend... anyway.. thank mum and dad for not allowing me to go for cheng beng and them being busy... i have decided to stay back in kl...

well.. besides myself... the surprise sort of terbocor here and there... lol.. but still it was a nice surprise... =) i knew something was not very right when stacie turned up at my doorstep on sunday morning... but then i was told the previous night that we are going for breakfast... so... okla... maybe stacie is joining us for breakfast... BUT THEN... can't be what... she drove ALL THE WAY from SUNGAI BULUH just to have breakfast with us??? something is wrong somewhere... but i don't know where and nobody is willing to tell me...

so.. yup... i got dressed, not prepared for anything... initially i even thought of showering after i came back from breakfast cause i was still soooo sleepy... but then... luckily i did... anyway... i got dressed very chin chai-ly and went for breakfast... joni just gave me her sheepish smile whenever i throw her the look... =.= anyway... in front of vista b... i saw andrew's car... and pang tsen was quite nicely dressed... and that was definitely not any normal "breakfast" attire... =.=

anyway... we headed onto the sungai besi highway and andrew stop for petrol on the way... and i am beginning to feel that something is fishy... my first guess... these people are bringing me to seremban... LOL... and then after some time... on the highway... kx terbocor the whole big surprise... that we're heading to malacca.. LOL.. we had a really good laugh... XD

we reached malacca and had Isabel lead us to lunch-chicken rice ball... and i was greeted with "SURPRISE!!" by pang tsen at the restaurant... haha... though i wasn't that surprised... still it's a really pleasant and well planned surprise... =) thankew people... especially joni... =D

so... we had a great time at malacca... jalan jalan... makan makan... i think mainly it was makan... anyway... let pictures do the talking... =)

everything went well... UNTIL.....

i sprained my ankle... ooopppsss... hehe...

i know... i know... i'm clumsy... and this has been the 4th time i fell down since sem 3... i really do think that i am fall prone... if there's such a term... =p anyway... it's not really sprained i think... perhaps just strained... XD but then for the first 10 minutes i just cannot stand up... and my ankle was swollen... everybody got VERY WORRIED... sorry people for freaking you all out... and pang tsen... thankew for EVERYTHING... sorry for the trouble and sorry for making you worry... so sorry... and then i was brought to a clinic... to have my ankle inspected... and i was given the medication below... plus an MC to omit myself from the industrial visit the following day... but then... i went cause my ankle was better... and i can limp.. XD

REMAFEN for SAKIT

PAPASE for BENGKAK

ANAREX for SAKIT OTOT

and some cream for my wound...

uhm... something about me... though i'm a pharmacist-in-the-making... i have very VERY VERY poor compliance to medication... hehe... i almost never finish my antibiotics... hehehehehe... owhkay... i know i should... and i will... from this time onwards... but still.. this time around... i only took some of the medication for one time... =p and CLOXA which is supposed 2 b taken qid turned out to be taken bd or tds... =p depending on how many times i take my meals... anyway... i will COMPLETE THE COURSE... joni and pang tsen.. i'm taking my pills... as you guys asked me to... =D

so much so for a nice birthday present... i got a swollen ankle as my first present... XD excluding the one i got from the mail...anyway... after the fall... we continued makan makan... =D satay celup for dinner before we head back...

all in all.. it was a great surprise... a pleasant day spent at malacca... =) thankew joni, kx, michelle, stace, pang tsen, andrew, wei ping and tortoise ng... XD and to everybody else who sent their wishes and pressies... thankew so much... =) and those sending me messages and calling me from australia... thankew... =)

and owwwwhhhhhh... i didn't see this coming... Shin Gie and i actually won the first prize for our presentation on lingzhi (ganoderma lucidum)... credits should go to Shin Gie... =) anyway... this is the prize...
