N for nerd. T for tests. D for doom.

These three words would basically describe my life for the next few weeks.
It's the end of week 7. Week 8 is coming.
Which means the bunch of class tests are coming.
And all i'm going to do is STUDY. STUDY. AND STUDY.
I'm just tired of this routine...
Attend classes from 9am-6pm...
sitting at my favourite seat by the huge window in the library from 6pm-10pm...
dinner at 10.30pm...
and when i've finally done everything and sit down in front of my laptop...
it's almost 11pm... and i would be dead tired by then...
and all i do.. is STONE.. while i click blindly...

sigh... that's what i basically did for the whole of week 7. SO BORING.
And you must be thinking... i must have finished studying everything by now...
WRONG!! i'm progressing as slow as a snail... and i'm far from finishing... that's for GI only... my immunology is a total disaster... WHATEVER... =.=
and whenever i hear people talking about their progress...
i can feel the STRESS coming in... sigh...
Think i'm addicted to coffee again... i haven't been taking my usual morning dose...
but i've been getting latte from the library cafe for this whole week at 5pm everyday... LOL.. i'm not kidding you... it's that time of the day everyday... when i have my lecture break... XD
anyway... i'm doing the best i can to finish everything in time...
well... 1 Ling... Jia you la... =D
And owwwhhhh... i'm so so so so so happy cause of this...

V day with FRIENDS and UNO. =D

V day has always been spent with friends...

This year it was spent with friends and UNO... XD

We spent valentines eve together... just having dinner and chatting... at the Gardens...

It was just.... NICE... =)

And when it striked 12...

we just wished each other Happy V... LOL...

We shook hands... we hugged... =D

And we continued chilling at Friendster Cafe...

Where we started playing UNO...

We got so addicted to it... especially pang tsen...

He just keep drawing the blocks when it was his turn without us noticing it...

think he drew at least 3...

We decided to call it a day at about 2am after few rounds of UNO... =)

V day spent with friends... Warm and enjoyable it is...

Thank you all for making it a special one with lots of laughter...

Enjoyable Moments in Two Chaotic Weeks. (Edited) XD

David.. this is specially dedicated to you...

the HALF FULL, MAN CUPCAKE..

It's been two weeks since i've came back to IMU after the CNY break...

And these two weeks have been chaotic...

But still... there were moments which i enjoyed and loved... =)

Kx cooked us curry mee on the weekend we were back...

and yes... it is nice and also VERY SPICY... at least to some of us it is... XD

When classes started... Suddenly all the workload came rushing...

actually it didn't come rushing... it has always been there... being IGNORED... just because due dates are still some time away... Last minute... =.=

submission of lab reports... dispensing practicals.... PBL...

portfolio review... which made me dive into portfolio frenzy...

That's what happens when you spent CNY chilling too much... =.=

So... i survived through the week... and was happily thinking that i can come home...

chill and spend some time doing whatever i want on the internet...

instead of finding information for portfolio or PBL...

But thanks to TIME... I CAN'T...

and as my previous post says... I was temporarily cut off from internet for 4 days... =(

4 depressing days... LOL... XD

and i guess i've been relying tooooo much on the internet... until the point where i find something is just not right when i don't have msn... facebook and my blog... =(

anyway... a big thank you to chi lun and those who helped and wanted to help... XD

And owh... just before CNY ended... I gambled for the first time.... =p

Few of us went to andrew's place... and started sucking his money... LOL... XD

actually... not really... cause he won a lot...

it should be the other way round...

Him sucking our money.. =p

Anyway... it was the jokes and laughter that i enjoyed... =)

Then there's pharmacy bazaar... We baked cupcakes to sell...

and this is my first time baking... LOL... XD

Kx, Michelle, Stace, Joni and I rushed off after class to bake and finished baking and cleaning at 3am in the morning... and sleeping at 4am...

damn tiring wei... and some of us have psd at 8.30am the next morning... =(

I came to a conclusion...

if baking is done together with friends... and you don't have early classes to rush to the next morning... and you don't have to clean up...

IT'S ACTUALLY QUITE FUN... =D

Well... at least i had fun making icing... and colouring them... XD

but yeah.. i'm cacat-ed with decorating the cupcakes...

And owh... our cupcakes sold fast... and we earned quite a lot... XD

Its more like MY NEIGHBOUR'S internet connection...

its the second time in a month it happened... *groans*
you know.. life without internet is so....... uhm.... depressing?? LOL.. XD
i'm keeping my fingers crossed that we can solve the stupid problem as soon as possible...

Initially... i have an equation for CNY...
which looks like this...
CNY = Portfolios + PBL + Reports - (FUN + Yum cha)
sounds pretty sad and pathetic huh?
owh well... that only lasted for ONE DAY which is the 2nd day of CNY!!!! *beams proudly*
not too bad la har... can last ONE DAY wo... =.=

Anyway... The equation is more like this one for the entire week...
CNY= FUN (Late night yum cha's + non-stop eating) - (Portfolio + PBL + Reports)
Yum cha + non stop eating = promotes laziness
therefore,
CNY= FUN (laziness) - (Portfolio + PBL + Reports)
which i think is true... considering the state i'm in now... XD
i'm so lazy... i don't even feel like uploading photos.. i don't even feel like blogging bout cny...
i don't even feel like doing anything but just stone... FANTASTIC... =.=
which leads to my situation now...
Sitting in front of my laptop.. Spending my last day in Penang...
doing my long procastinated PBL...
And here i am... blogging when i should be doing work...
i'm so dead when i go back to uni...

Small in frame,

She has been doing that every year,

without complaints.

There she stands in the kitchen,

with aching legs,

cooking and kneading dough.

She has athritis.

And she can't stand for long.

Yet she refuses to stop and rest,

worried that we don't have enough to eat.

She loves us,

giving us pocket money every now and then,

refusing to let me pay for meals whenever we eat out together.

She loves to tell us stories,

even when we are not listening.

It makes me feel bad even when i'm talking about this.

Lonely she is,

now that grandpa is gone.

Yet, she stays strong,

living each day to the fullest.

Ah ma..

You make the best guan qiang.

You cook the best tong sui.

You are the greatest example for me to strive and stay strong.
