ok... this is going to be very random again...
i just got back from training and had a light breakfast...
training is always a bit stressful for me...
i mean... it's like i wanna do better... i wanna run faster...
but i just cant... *sigh*
and while having breakfast... i was browsing through my email...
and i came across this very very sweet and cute email...
i think most of you might have read it before...
its a forwarded email titled "What is Love?"
so well... what is love for you? how do you define love?
i was amazed and awed by the answers given by a group of 4-8 year olds...
i cant help but smiled and giggled every now and then when i was reading...
their answers were simple... yet it carries a lot behind every word...
words... gestures... and even a little something you do for someone can be defined as love to them... but to us... we have to think hard how to define love when the question is thrown at us...
love... it's simple... it's sweet... it can make you smile... it is to give and not expect returns... : )
oh... actually... extemp. dispensing isnt that bad...
in fact it can be pretty fun and interesting...
just that... i think i am super clumsy during extemp...
my calamine lotion was a total disaster...
not because i didn't disperse the particles...
its beacuse...
i DIDN'T exactly manage to fill in all my product INTO THE BOTTLE...
i got calamine on my hands... on the table... around the mortar... on the pestle... on the sides of the bottle... everywhere... *so messy* i think i'll get 0 for housekeeping if that was an exam...
thanks to the FUNNEL...
note: i thought i need the funnel to pour... but actually... there is no need for that... KILL ME!!
ok... i think i better stop here and get to natural products... otherwise this post will be more and more random... and i'll never be able to finish studying natural products... =.=
p/s: happy birhday in advance chin soon... things have been tough for you but hang in there k? i know you can get through it... remember that we are always around... : )

haha...me too...i thought need funnel to do it...since everyone is doing like that...then, Dr. Adhiyaman came n said, " not like that...take away the funnel...pour in with confident!!!!HAHAHA....why they supply the funnel in the 1st place??????"
talk bout love then suddenly extempo... random!! haha...
oh! i think i am worse than u as i pour into da measuring thingy thinking that it will be easier to pour into the container. Hence wasted most of the product and got a head shook from Mr Adhiyaman. The mortar so heavy how to pour in!!!!!!!
wan ling..i think i'm worse than you! (not the funnel part) the messing up part..everywhere was messy and the pink stains were so obvious..and for calamine lotion too. and after triturating for an eternity..when i poured it in..it was still all lumpy! =( sigh..kena reject already la i guess. although after that i shook the bottle vigorously to try and de-lump it. =P
i'll tell you wat love is.
